LOST OR STOLEN CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS

If you discover your credit or debit cards are lost or stolen please call us immediately at 515-243-0480. If it is after our normal business hours you must call the following numbers:

Report signature based cards to MasterCard 1-800-234-5354.

Report PIN based cards to Shazam at 1-800-383-8000.

Keep these phone numbers and card numbers in a safe place. MasterCard and Shazam are open 24 hours-7 days a week just for such emergencies.
